From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'HolmridgePark started with one ambition: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Romano family in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-operated business with recipes passed down from our ancestors.
Marco Romano, our originator, mastered the pizza craft while exploring Italy, being mentored by renowned pizza chefs in Naples—the pizza's homeland. After coming back to the UK, she was committed to recreating the essence of genuine Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and the purest ingredients.
From its origins as a humble 12-seat pizza shop, it has expanded into a cherished local establishment, while our dedication to excellence and genuineness has remained steadfast. We still employ traditional wood-burning ovens, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and seek out the best quality ingredients available.
To this day, 'HolmridgePark' is kept in the family, now with the Romano family's second generation managing our devoted crew. Although we've adopted certain contemporary technologies, the core of our operation stays unchanged: we create scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites people.
