This policy explains how we handle returns and refunds for food, beverages, and other related products purchased through our website holmridgepark.sbs or in-store at Via Margherita, Rome, 00187, Italy.
Returns
You have the right to request a return within 24 hours of the time of purchase if your order is incorrect, damaged, or if you are dissatisfied with its quality. All items must be in the same condition that you received them, uneaten and with proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require:
- A receipt or proof of purchase.
- Photos of the product(s) if damaged or incorrect.
If these items are not provided, we may not be able to process your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to notify us of your intention to exchange.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to our store address: Via Margherita, Rome, 00187, Italy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
